I have been practicing law since 1984 and offer a variety of legal
services-business, commerical, and real estate litigation; mediation; corporate-business formations; commercial and
real estate transactions; Wills and probate services. Most of my business is, however concentrated in and/or
related to real estate. In addition to my law license I also have a Real Estate Broker's license [active since 1979], provide title/escrow and Closing services, and I am an approved instructor by the Texas Real Estate Commission [TREC]. I am ready to provide you with a variety of services in your real estate pursuits, including the review and drafting of documents/contracts and Closing papers. While I offer TREC approved education courses, I am also available to realtors/brokers
for office meetings, seminars, training, and conferences to assist in understanding the TAR and TREC forms, their
proper use, and preventative maintenance. |
